Both Sally and her husband helped with our previous Hi-Line Heritage fundraiser and are both currently active in the growth of RCAN. Sally hopes RCAN can work to find options for transitioning landowners to pass agricultural lands onto the younger generation of producers who have passion for continuing in the industry. She states “I want to keep our great community alive!’.

Delsi witmer

Secretary
Delsi is a Phillips County native and resides outside of Malta with her husband Eric, and their two children. Her family, and kids especially, are extremely active in the family ranching business. Delsi currently works at Milk River Veterinary office, and stays active in our community while volunteering her time through her children’s 4-H group. Delsi also helped make our recent Hi-Line Heritage Fundraiser a huge success by volunteering countless hours. RCAN is proud to announce they will be utilizing Delsi’s time and skills as she serves as our Secretary on our Board of Directors. Delsi hopes that through our work, RCAN can work towards protecting the ranching communities way of life for our younger generations. She wants to be able to assist them in continuing on the family business if that is what they are passionate about and to keep our community thriving.
